Hey All
It has been a while since I had a chance to add a new photo to the Blog. I canceled the photo contest because some of the emails entered didn't get through and some did so I will have a new contest very soon. I still have the gift certificate from Cold Stone to give away so stay tuned.
Yesterday I had a chance to do something I've been wanting to do for a long time. I took the day off and just drove around through Eastern NC looking for whatever I could photograph. Every time I drive to Greenville, NC or to the coast I am always in a rush to get there and back. I wanted to stop this time and capture the old barn, the strange tree or just see what I can fine. It was fun. I stopped in Fountain, Farmville, Pinetops, Vanceboro, New Bern and drove down to Oriental. I left the house around 7:30am and got home at 10:30pm. I came away with some real cool images I hope to put together in a publication this year. I will be posting some more over the next few days.

Man I wish you had called me to go along! Sounds like a blast! Can't wait to see additional images.
