Only With a Camera!

Some of the most exciting portrait sessions include the family pet. I am more
of a dog person but when I am around someone who cares for horses it always amazes me to see how they connect and interact with such a large beautiful animal. A horse is like any other pet, just another member of the family. When you are planning to get everyone together you should include this most important family member. Over the years we have received many requests for capturing portraits including horses. Take the time this Christmas season to make a special memory. There is still time left to plan a beautiful family portrait for the holidays!

It's going to be fun and we get to do this twice as much the next time very soon. We left Tarboro at 9:am and arrived about two hours before Hilliary gave birth to little Lucas. It was a flash back and a awesome moment.

We enjoyed passing him around

One of many " who let the dogs out"....

He was so alert for the first hour.

Mom & dad had a long night

He is weighing in at 8 lbs 12oz

We just arrived a couple hours before everything started to move along

Start The Weekend
It was a wild few moments in the studio on Friday afternoon once we gathered the Sessoms grand children together. This is one of those sessions you get yourself up for. Children everywhere! They did great and the twins were fun once we got all the children in the same image. It didn't take long.

Beach Portrait
Our last beach portrait of the season almost didn't happen because of the weather but we just made it. Little Connor was awesome as we made our way to the waters edge and out ran the rain. The light was soft but not that directional so I'm glad of the extra light I had on a stand to help punch up the highlights. I worked on this one throughout the weekend.
